Co-designing and facilitating a Community of Practice, European Commission

The Informal Forum for Learning and Innovation for Roma Inclusion in Bulgaria is an initiative of the European Commission, several donors and social NGOs, involved in local development activities for Roma inclusion in Bulgaria, which have been joined by concerned Embassies with the aim to form a Community of Practice that exchanges ideas and good practices and works towards creating innovative approaches, especially in the fields of advocacy, innovative funding models and cross-sectoral partnerships. Our role has been to design and facilitate the engagement process, as well as to manage and coordinate the work of the group.
