We are a team of practitioners with rich multidisciplinary experience and expertise. We are pioneering in Bulgaria in the application of the Art of Hosting practice in making strategic decisions, planning, evaluating and improving teamwork. Our core team is part of the Art of Hosting international network of practitioners and introduced the practice in Bulgaria via the first international trainings in 2013, 2014 and 2017.
Inside our team and customer relationships, we strive to do business in a new way, in harmony with the services we provide - flexibly, without an office and hierarchy, we periodically collect feedback that helps us make changes; we take decisions after in-depth conversations and research and share the responsibilities, risks and benefits along the way.

Anton valkov
Anton has always been led by his curiosity about how the world works and how small details matter greatly. His professional path led him to several countries in Europe and South America where he worked in different sectors. In all his roles he focuses on the topics of teams, collaborative work and the organisations as living systems. He combines diverse experience in organisational development and consulting with expertise in group processes in the search of sustainable solutions. Part of his mission is related to the introduction and popularisation of the practice of the international community Art of Hosting in Bulgaria. Attracted by entrepreneurship, in 2015, he became one of the founders of the innovation space Otsreshta in his native Plovdiv, and later on started Open Space Collective together with Anna.
Anton graduated in Economics at the "D. A. Tsenov " Academy in Svishtov and in Strategic Leadership towards Sustainability at the Blekinge Institute of Technology in Karlskrona, Sweden.

Anna dimitrova
Anna is inspired by the power of people united by the desire for positive change. This led her to her first role as a volunteer when she was only 14 years old, and later on predetermined her early professional career in corporate social responsibility and social entrepreneurship. She worked in Paris, London and Cairo on ambitious projects linking business and social impact. In the course of her work, she realised that many of the challenges we face are rooted in the way we are and communicate with one another. This awareness prompted her to delve more into the subject of HOW and not WHAT we do in organisations and communities and to return to explore the topic in Bulgaria where she launched Open Space Collective with Anton. In her approach, Anna combines a focus on the big picture and the long-term sustainability with the practical concrete steps of today. She loves powerful questions and listening "between the lines".
Anna has a bachelor's degree in Political Science from Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" and master's degree in Social Economy and Entrepreneurship from Université Lumière Lyon 2.
